The Role

The Account Executive (New Logo) sources new business, expands Brandlive’s current accounts, and manages client renewals within an assigned account list. They work closely with their accounts to identify key influencers and stakeholders, establish new relationships with target connections and nurture existing relationships with the goal of securing the renewal and generating more revenue. The Account Executive will utilize their built and nurtured relationships to identify challenges and pain points and seize the opportunity to offer Brandlive as a solution by recommending expanded services and enhanced Brandlive product via pitches, proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure client success throughout the entire customer journey
  • Confidently network within accounts to identify opportunities throughout their organization
  • Qualify leads that convert to opportunities and close deals
  • Confidently demo the Brandlive platform to various stakeholders and people of influence
  • Responsible for renewals within an assigned Account List
  • Achieve assigned account objectives
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships
  • Source, qualify, and close new logos
  • Conduct market research to identify ideal target accounts, personas and evaluate customer needs, advising leadership on emerging market dynamics
  • Leverage internal resources to help accelerate sales processes and mitigate risk
  • Ensure sales processes and documentation are accurate and timely for transparency throughout the team
  • Work closely with a tight-knit sales team that values best practices sharing, mentoring, and learning

Qualifications 

  • Experience closing sales transactions and managing customers
  • Experience in strategic selling and developing/managing new executive relationships
  • Strong ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • The drive to build strong, trusting relationships with your customers
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Thrive in fast-paced, often changing startup environments
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and self-management skills
  • Energetic, with a deep desire to succeed
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, the desire to work with purpose and help Brandlive succeed
  • A high caliber, dynamic personality that promotes a positive culture
  • Verbal and written fluency in professional business communication required in English
