For this role, we are seeking a sales professional to focus on data and document migration services complemented by our proprietary technology. The ability to provide business insight as a supplement to the clients’ internal expertise, and then to execute efficiently and cost effectively on the technical migration, is a key feature of our services and differentiates us from our competition. 

fme’s flagship migration solution focusses on data and document migrations, where we have market leading software (migration-center) and a robust set of services.

Requirements

We are seeking an Account Executive to drive new growth in our target markets, focusing on Migration Solutions.  

In this role we are you will be responsible for:

·        Developing a sales pipeline to support the growth targets.

·        Qualifying prospects using various engagement methods (social media, email, phone, etc.).

·        Prospecting and closing sales opportunities from lead generation to close.

·        Negotiating with the C- and Senior-level client executives.

·        Strategic and tactical territory planning. 

·        Ensuring compliance with the company sales process SOPs and reporting cadence.

·        Collaboration across all internal teams and resources to ensure the best solution/outcome for our clients.

·        Accurate and timely forecasting throughout the sales cycle.

·        Skillfully execute each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal.

Skills and Experience Required

·        Five (5) years of proven direct sales experience, with exposure to closing at the Senior- and C-Level suite. 

·        Five (5) years experience selling software and migration-related professional services.

·        High energy levels, self-starter, acting with urgency, and results oriented.

·        Superior negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts.

·        Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.

·        Proven results of overachieving sales goals.

·        Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong client presentation skills.

·        Ability to work independently with limited guidance.

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in business, technology, or related field.

·        Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

·        Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the client, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

Qualifications

·        BA/BS or equivalent preferably in business, technology, or related field.

Travel

·        Travel to client sites across the US and potentially internationally, if necessary.

Location

·        This is a remote role, located in the Eastern or Central US time zone.
