The Role 🥳

As a founding Account Executive, you will target companies with 250-2000 employees, selling to senior leaders and helping them leverage AI to reduce manual effort. The role is aimed at Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects. This role requires a consultative approach to sales, managing complex deal cycles and positioning our agentic AI horizontal platform across multiple business functions.

Your Impact💥

  • Sell to Mid-Market & Enterprise customers (inbound and outbound), particularly in high-growth industries and run the sales cycle from prospect to close.

  • Engage senior leaders to understand their business challenges and run effective discoveries, as well as product demonstrations.

  • Close new business and achieve quota attainment consistently. 

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline in HubSpot, accurately forecasting revenue and executing strategic outbound and inbound sales approaches.

What We’re Looking For 🧠

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in B2B mid-market sales.

  • Top performers with a track record of success in fast-paced environments. You will need to be comfortable carrying an annual quota of 1M+.

  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Previous experience selling to sales teams is valued.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate business value.

  • Startup mentality and track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
