As a member of the AKQA Client Services department you will influence changes in consumer behaviour through ideas, creativity and the use of interactive media. You will make a difference to digital communications, marketing, advertising and inspire the best global brands.
As an Account Executive, you will provide a supporting role to the Account team as well as some delivery support. You will act as the linchpin for the account team, providing accurate administration and reports.
Based in our studio in Milan, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic and meritocratic culture, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Provide essential project support to the Client Services team, contributing to both large-scale, complex projects and ongoing operational tasks (i.e. administrative support, such as meeting notes and reports).
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external vendors/client, as part of a collaborative, cross-functional project team, to provide comprehensive daily support to the assigned Client Lead.
- Proactively follow up on all outstanding orders with clients.
- Create Statements of Work for small projects with support from the Project Manager.
- Provide knowledge of what is happening in the market for both client brands and competitors, collate articles, and circulate trends.
- Produce status reports and manage financial sheets.
- Contribute to maintaining the highest quality of written documentation through meticulous proofreading, both in English and Italian.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere, by developing strong relationship with colleagues, facilitating effective teamwork.
- Proactively look for ways to add value through more efficient processes or ways of working.
