The Account Executive Intern is responsible for providing support to an assigned team. This includes but is not limited to: coordinating meetings, drafting and distributing meeting notes, research and other general office and client support.
This position is eligible to start as soon as August 17, 2026 and ends the week of December 21, 2026.
Essential Job Duties and Skills:
- Proactively contribute ideas to projects.
- Regularly make recommendations to project lead on how to improve a project.
- Work with project/team lead to effectively complete scope of work.
- Interface with external partners to coordinate project work.
- Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully solve problems whenever challenges or concerns arise.
- Craft memos and reports that with minimal edits can be forwarded to client or team.
- Take notes at planning meetings.
- Actively participate in internal client brainstorming sessions.
- Create presentations.
- Consistently meet project deadlines as set by team lead.
Other Job Requirements:
- Junior or Senior undergraduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field at an accredited educational institution; college, or university.
- Adaptability in fast-paced and pressured environments while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail and ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines.
- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required.
- Contributes to a positive work environment through dedication, responsiveness, and accountability.
