OnDeck seeks an Account Executive - Inside Sales (Full-time, Remote) who will deliver exceptional customer service and customized solutions to inbound callers. By leveraging advanced technology to evaluate business performance and responsibly expanding access to credit, you will be key in driving customer enrollment. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with inbound callers and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' credit situations and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct consultations to assess if our credit improvement services are a good fit for their needs.
  • Drive customer enrollment in our credit-building programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in near-native English.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • A continuous learner, actively seeking opportunities to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in using digital tools and navigating sales software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport with customers and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining high productivity and efficiency.
