Account Executive-Inside Sales Support

JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Role and Responsibility:
In this role, the Account Executive will be on the ground floor of a world class organization that will be a key pillar to the company’s long-term growth. In this role, having the ability to create long standing close relationships, trust, and naturally being collaborative is essential. Primary duty is to convert all discovered opportunities from the external team into hard orders for the supply chain to execute. Work with Regional Sales Managers(RSMs) to support the reps outside/inside, quotations teams, and specifier teams within your region
- Accountable for driving pipeline, bookings creation, and revenue growth
- Build relationships with rep agencies and quotes team to promote the Ecosense portfolio
- Support sales inquiries on product availability and shipment times
- Work up and provide quotes for customers
- Provide answers and guidance around existing product, new product launches, product updates, marketing collateral, issues, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate pipeline in NetSuite of quotes and opportunities
- Coordinate new customer setup and credit validation with finance
- Support and escalate customer order expedite requests and logistics and fulfilment issues
- Support and manage credit and quality returns; coordinating with sales and quality to gather the appropriate data and manage the transaction
- Efficiently manages and proactively follows orders from start to finish to ensure full customer satisfaction. This includes generating the Opportunity in NS, coordinating the submittal package drawings, releasing the project, and assuring the delivery of the order successfully. Any problems that occur are taken care of with a sense of urgency to elevate the level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills/Qualifications: This is a Remote role-CA based candidates preferred as this role will cover the West Coast Region. Not accepting Sponsorship for this position
- 5-10 years of customer service experience with proficiency in supply chain concepts, including order management, logistics and invoicing
- Prior account management, business development, and or negotiating skills preferred
- Proficient with corporate productivity, Microsoft Office, and web presentation tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Highly motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Hubspot and similar CRM tools preferred
- Dedication to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Lighting Industry Experience a bonus (knowledge of layered Sales Channel and customer experiences to drive best resolution on orders, understanding of complicated Pricing and Commission structure)
