Our graduates, mainly from underprivileged communities, go on to work at leading healthcare institutions such as OneMedical, NY Presbyterian and Davita. Stepful students increase their salaries by 25% on average after just 15 weeks of training.
The founding team is uniquely positioned to grow Stepful to be the leader in healthcare education. Each founder brings in relevant experience coming from leadership roles at Udacity, Apple, and Uber.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand our customer base.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and updating CRM systems.

Create and develop sales assets, including presentations, case studies, and proposal templates.

Identify, prospect, and build relationships with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.

Drive new business opportunities by understanding the challenges your prospective customers face related to talent and capacity, capability and diversity, and learn to position the Stepful solution appropriately

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of Stepful's programs.

Attend in person conferences, customer meetings, and regional events to build a local presence with our current and prospective customers
This job is for you if:

Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales roles, preferably in the healthcare, education, or technology sectors.

Experience managing enterprise sales cycles, for deals ranging from $100k to $1M. This should include engaging with VP and C-level executives across multiple business lines

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably in the provider space

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders

Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a solid understanding of sales analytics and performance metrics

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and creating impact in the healthcare workforce landscape
Bonus points if:

You worked in healthcare or sold to talent acquisition stakeholders
Note that this role will entail travel.

We offer competitive salaries, equity packages, 401k, and health insurance.
Base salary: $100K - $120K + sales commission plan
Equity: 0.02% - 0.04%
