The Role

Coley Porter Bell is looking for an Account Executive - FTC to join our London studio. Could this be you?

What you’ll do 

Project & Team Support: 

  • Prepare and circulate weekly status reports. 
  • Manage all project filing, ensuring documents are organised and accessible. 
  • Oversee the uploading of all client handover documents. 
  • Handle the diarising of briefs and booking of key project meetings. 
  • Arrange all team logistics, including booking meeting rooms, travel, and refreshments. 

 

Client & Team Administration: 

  • Serve as a key internal contact, facilitating seamless communication. 
  • Support the account team in managing projects from inception to completion. 
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. 

 

What you’ll need 

 

  • Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • A passion for branding and an interest in the retail sector. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience in an agency or administrative role is desirable.
