What You’ll Do
- Own the outbound cycle: From cold outreach to close. You build the pipeline. You close the deals.
- Crack your market: Identify patterns in pain points, personas, and use cases. Shape go-to-market based on real signals.
- Win mid-market logos: Sell to Heads of Data, CIOs, and Ops/Finance leaders in $20M–$500M revenue companies.
- Drive qualified pipeline: Measured by net-new opps, pipeline progression, and closed ARR.
- Sell with substance: Connect our technical depth to business outcomes. If you’re not curious about data and systems, this isn’t for you.
- Collaborate with impact: Work hands-on with the CRO, product, marketing, and presales to accelerate traction.
Requirements
- Fluent in your market: Native-level English (UK/US), German, French, or Italian.
- Proven closer 3 - 5+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales. $50K–$250K ACV deals. Quota hit. No excuses.
- Hunter DNA: You don’t wait for leads. You create them. No inbound. No SDRs. You hunt and win.
- MEDDPICC-minded: You qualify hard, early, and with discipline. You’ve used structured deal methodologies and know how to forecast with confidence.
- Technically curious: You ask sharp questions, understand complex systems, and speak to both business and technical buyers.
- Builder mindset: No playbook? No problem. We are going to figure it out and move.
- Business sharp: You understand how finance, data, and ops leaders think — and how to sell to them.
