About the Position

Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional with a hunter’s mindset and a track record of closing big deals? FASTSIGNS National Accounts is looking for a powerhouse Sales Executive to spearhead our business development efforts. If you thrive on turning inbound leads into long-term partnerships and excel at navigating complex corporate sales cycles, we want to talk to you. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to dominate the national sign and graphics market with a brand that leads the industry.

How You Will Make an Impact

In this role, your primary mission is revenue generation. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for capturing market share and converting high-value opportunities.

  • Master the Close: Aggressively pursue and convert inbound leads from web, phone, and our massive franchisee network.
  • Strategic Hunting: Build your own pipeline through high-level networking, industry trade shows, and targeted lead generation.
  • Consultative Selling: Partner with the VP of National Accounts to craft winning pricing strategies and deliver "wow" presentations that articulate our superior value proposition.
  • Uncapped Mentality: Consistently meet and crush monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Relationship Architect: Transition new wins to our dedicated Project Management team, ensuring your clients are set up for long-term success while you move on to the next big win.
The Support System

  • Project Management Support: You win the business; our PMs help you execute it. You provide the vision (SOW, brand guides, timelines), and they handle the heavy lifting.
  • Vendor Network: Leverage and grow our existing vendor relationships to ensure you’re always offering the best quality at the most competitive price.
Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for a Sales First professional who understands the sign industry but lives for the deal.

The Essentials:

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales dominance specifically within the sign and graphics industry.
  • Proven Track Record: You have a history of exceeding quotas and managing high-stakes corporate accounts.
  • Presentation Power: You are polished, persuasive, and comfortable presenting.
  • Client-Facing Presence: Willingness to travel periodically to represent FASTSIGNS at national trade shows and build in-person rapport with key accounts. A valid driver’s license is required.

Schedule & Benefits
  • Full-Time: Monday–Friday (Standard business hours, with the flexibility required to close the deal).
  • Travel: Required for client meetings and industry events.

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the sign and graphics industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel
