Siteline is a Series A SaaS startup in the construction billing space. We're a team of 28 full-time employees who live and work remotely across the U.S. and Canada, with a small in-person office in San Francisco as well.
What problems are we solving?We’re looking for an Account Executive to help us build out our growing sales team. This person will help us execute and refine our sales playbook from lead generation to closing.
Working closely with the trade contractors we serve today, you'll be an exemplary ambassador of Siteline with customers and prospects. Joining our sales org at this time, you'll help set the tone and culture of the organization for years to come.
Responsibilities include:

- 1-4 yrs experience as an AE in tech with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to own the entire sales cycle from discovery to product demonstration and close
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate Siteline's value proposition, creating excitement and driving urgency with prospects
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic startup environment
- Experience selling to Mid-Market companies and/or winning deals with a quick sales cycle (30-60 days)
- Proven success generating outbound pipeline
- Willingness to travel 10%
- Bonus: commercial construction experience or experience selling to finance functions (CFO's, Controllers, AR Managers, Senior Staff Accountants)
Competitive Salary: We provide a salary that reflects your skills and experience, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. For this role, we are targeting a base of $75k with an OTE of $150k and uncapped earning potential.
