About our client:

Our client is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join their North American team to market and sell industry leading CRM & business solutions to North American based banks and Credit Unions.

What you'll do:

After going through focused and concise onboarding and training, you will carry a sales quota within the North America sales team and identify net-new sales opportunities within your territory. In addition to net new logos, you will farm existing accounts. You will display an intelligent use of resources, like pre-sales and transformation consultancy team. You base your activities and prioritization on a data centric approach, including propensity to buy. You display a strong understanding of the correlation between research, activity and personal pipeline management to achieve your OKR and revenue target.

Being an Enterprise Account Executive at this company is an exciting but challenging role. You will nee to bring at least 5 years of successful sales experience from prospect to close in the enterprise space (ARR of 250k and up). Having at least 2 years of experience engaging banks and credit unions with a platform solution is a strong plus.

This position offers you to work in a flexible, supportive, no-nonsense, informal and fast-paced working environment, enabling and empowering you to grow as a sales professional. In this position you will report directly to the president of the Americas.

Finally, you build close relationships with your customers to understand their business drivers and know how to establish buy-in at all levels (service and sales management, delivery leads and senior/executive management). You will effectively run a sales cycle from start to finish to reach and exceed your goals.

Scope of the role will include:

  • Carrying a sales quota, identifying, and closing opportunities for net-new software sales and upsells from prospect to close
  • Being knowledgeable about products, solutions and services and being able to drive a consultative, value based sales approach.
  • Working with pre-sales and in-house consultants to deliver software solutions that fit the needs of prospective clients.
  • Forecasting and managing new logo sales opportunities
  • Leading customers to have value-focused digital banking strategies
  • Establishing a trusted advisor role with credit union accounts
  • Aggregating and collecting requirements from existing customers and explain the business case for R&D investments in new product features
  • Attending industry events and prospect/customer on-sites across the country with travel as much as needed to (over)achieve target. We expect this to be around 40% travel.
  • Any other activity as required to fulfill the business objectives.

In order to really own this role and be happy on this team, we think you'll need;

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in a quota carrying role
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • At least 2 years of prior experience selling SaaS/software solutions/platforms to banks and credit unions
  • Ability to reverse engineer business objectives to reach your goals
  • Eagerness to figure out tough problems for your customers
  • Experience building relationships through events, social selling and using a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and personal accountability
  • Comfortable on the phone and in person across departments and with different levels of seniority
  • Demonstrate a high-level of self-motivation, commitment and activity to attain corporate and personal goals
  • Be open to coaching, AB testing your approach and continuously hone your craft
  • Demonstrated proficiency utilizing CRM, LinkedIn, email, telephony, Zoom, etc.

Skills Required
