We are seeking an Account Director Telefonica & Iberia who will be responsible for driving Adtran’s business growth in Iberia by defining and executing go-to-market and partner strategies across key market verticals. The role focuses on building and managing a strong sales pipeline, engaging with customers and partners, and ensuring revenue and business targets are met.

In detail, the responsibilities include:

• Definition, execution and accountability of the Adtran business in Iberia.

• Definition of the most suitable go to market and alliance strategy tailored to the different Market Verticals.

• Scouting, enhancement and engagement with Adtran partner landscape in Iberia.

• Maintaining an accurate forecast and pipeline management. This covers order entries, revenues and related budget.

 

Supplementary Tasks:

• Organizing any necessary QBR with Iberia Key Accounts and with internal stakeholders to increase CSAT indicators.

• Other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:

• Proven sales experience in the Telco Market, with particular focus on Business to Business departments

• Good knowledge of Finance, Sales Methodology, Salesforce

• Technology: In depth knowledge of optical end to end (from Fixed Access to Long Haul DWDM)

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Skills Required

  • Proven sales experience in the Telco market with focus on B2B
  • Good knowledge of Finance
  • Knowledge of Sales Methodology
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • In-depth knowledge of optical end-to-end networks (Fixed Access to Long Haul DWDM)
