Role Overview

The Account Director - Enterprise Sales is responsible for forging new revenue bearing relationships with companies whose financial sustainability depends on being able to address audiences and measure campaigns in programmatic advertising. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle of a set account list from prospecting to signing - deftly identifying customer needs, thoughtfully positioning ID5 solutions and negotiating SaaS based commercial agreements. You will act as a team leader, coordinating with internal resources to win new customers while providing market feedback to the extended ID5 team supporting our formal sales go to market. This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO of your business - building and executing account level strategies to prospect, qualify opportunities, build pipeline and exceed quotas
  • Confidently explain how ID5’s technology can solve a prospective customer’s unique business needs
  • Communicate with and present to VP+ level prospects and partners with authority, including respectfully challenging contrary points of view when needed 
  • Act as team lead when required, collaborating with colleagues across Global Services, Product, Legal, Finance and Marketing to problem solve and produce unique solutions to help  close more business, faster
  • Maintain accurate and up to date communication of sales activity via appropriate communication channels and CRM systems
  • Proactively keep up to date on regulatory trends surrounding consumer privacy online, the broader AdTech industry and designated account list 
  • Travel up to 25% of time for client meetings, team offsites and conferences

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience selling B2B in MadTech, with at least 2 years of SaaS
  • Demonstrable, quantitative track record of achieving if not exceeding sales quotas over $1,500,000 in ARR and $120,000 in ACV
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills - experience selling into multiple stakeholders across an organization including C-suite 
  • Has the built in scrappiness and enthusiasm for problem solving that comes with building business in a high growth start-up
