In this role, you’ll own key aspects of partner marketing, sales development, and channel expansion, working directly with senior leadership to build and strengthen high-value relationships.

This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales development, or business strategy who is eager to refine their skills and play a larger role in revenue generation and partner success.

Role Overview

The ADR II is responsible for managing and expanding DataMap’s strategic partner channels, optimizing lead-generation efforts, and improving partner engagement strategies. You’ll take a more proactive role in designing outreach strategies, supporting sales pipeline growth, and enhancing partner-driven marketing campaigns.

This role is a stepping stone to senior roles in Channel Sales, Partner Marketing, or Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Develop and manage outreach strategies to attract high-value partner organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner-driven sales opportunities.

Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Lead joint marketing efforts with partners, including campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Help refine partner messaging, branding, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist in developing partner training materials to drive engagement and sales.

Sales Pipeline & Business Growth

  • Actively manage and qualify partner-generated leads to accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Work with leadership to expand DataMap’s footprint in key industries through partnerships.
  • Support sales efforts by ensuring seamless handoff from partner marketing to sales execution.

Market Research & Competitive Strategy

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities within partner channels.
  • Research emerging trends in SaaS, automation, and business process optimization.
  • Use insights to shape partner messaging, campaign strategies, and outreach efforts.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and optimize partner sales metrics, engagement trends, and marketing ROI.
  • Provide leadership with clear insights on partner performance and channel expansion success.
  • Leverage CRM, analytics platforms, and digital tools to streamline reporting.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with sales outreach, marketing execution, or CRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to relationship-building.
  • Ability to analyze data, track sales performance, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with partner marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and sales enablement tools is a plus.
