Job Summary

RPA is searching for an Account Coordinator to join our Honda Dealer Ad Association Account Team for our East Coast Field Office Team.  This is a fast-paced automotive account, and the Account Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of projects and support for the account team.

Candidates must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate various schedules, deadlines, and workloads with a high level of accuracy. Will need to show initiative and work well in a team environment. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must. The role will be an advocate for the client but should be diplomatic when working with different departments within the agency to problem-solve collaboratively. Possessing a passion for advertising and digital marketing is recommended.

Responsibilities include leading administrative duties, leading/assisting on various projects such as monthly and quarterly competitive reporting, category and culture research, helping account management team brief creative teams, participating in internal and client reviews, assisting with presentations and printing, completing expense reports, meeting organization (schedule and material preparation), creating PowerPoint presentations and general client and account team support.

This role is a hybrid position, you will be asked to travel and to attend in-person meetings on occasion. 

What You’ll Be Working On 

  • Leading administrative duties
  • Leading/assisting on various projects such as monthly and quarterly competitive reporting.
  • Helping the account management team with trafficking media campaigns, and participating in internal and client reviews.
  • Assisting with presentations, printing, and meeting organization (schedule and material preparation.)
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and general client and account team support.
  • Supporting Media Teams across multiple regional markets across the US.

How You’ll Excel In Your Role 

  • Adept and comfortable with both Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented
  • Be Intentionally proactive and curious
  • Bring an eagerness to learn while also being intentionally proactive
  • Must live close to the Virginia area, and be willing to work within the Eastern time zone to support and align with our Mid-Atlantic associates.

Compensation

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation. 

The hourly rate for this position is $21.98 an hour, which is the equivalent of $40,000 gross pay a year.

Pay is not negotiable.
