A jumping-off point into the world of advertising and B2B SaaS, the Account Coordinator supports their colleagues and clients in the effective execution of paid digital advertising programs.

The successful candidate will be located within Canada and can expect to earn between $47,500-$56,000 CAD/year, as part of a complete, competitive package. Role & Responsibilities

As a Coordinator at Outshine, you help our teams deliver an exceptional experience to our clients by supporting internal project/team management. In your role, you will: 

  • Keep us on track. You monitor tasks, deadlines, documentation, and requests, and by managing your time carefully and communicating clearly, you ensure that nothing gets missed and we maintain the highest standards of service delivery. This includes attending conference calls, answering emails, coordinating meetings, assisting in the preparation of presentations and weekly reports, and reviewing work to ensure it’s error-free.
  • Keep clear records. You are a clear and competent note-taker, and you keep documentation up-to-date and clean. You prepare action items and decision records so our team and clients always feel like they can quickly see and understand how our work is progressing. 
  • Keep us on budget. You are responsible for monitoring and reporting how we are pacing against campaign budgets, so we can quickly make adjustments.
  • Keep learning. You prioritize understanding your clients and their businesses, taking on new tasks in-platform, learning about the B2B SaaS industry, and furthering your own digital advertising knowledge base. 

Key Competencies

  • Proficient working in the Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides) and can effectively create, format and proofread shared client deliverables 
  • Above-average organization, communication, and time management skills
  • A demonstrated interest in digital marketing through past roles, work-terms, or side projects
  • Digital/marketing certifications are an asset, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
