About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, proactive and highly organized Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution and optimization of our affiliate and performance marketing programs. This person will play a critical role in asset collection and creation, offer management and program execution for our consumer applications, Klover and Merryfield. As the volume and impact of our offers grow, this individual will help ensure smooth operations and clear communication across stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience managing digital campaigns or partnerships to support the complexity of our current offer performance workflow within Klover and Merryfield. 

What You’ll Do
Affiliate & Offer Management

  • Support day-to-day management of affiliate programs across platforms like Impact, Tune, Everflow, etc.
  • Lead execution and updates of offers across Klover and Merryfield
  • Track performance and ensure timely delivery of offers, assets and updates
  • Collect, organize and help create marketing assets for partners and internal use

Campaign Execution & Analysis

  • Assist in launching new campaigns and seasonal pushes
  • Analyze performance metrics such as CPA, CTR and ROI to help inform optimizations
  • Contribute ideas for testing, creative iterations and new offer structures

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Design and Finance teams to ensure alignment on timelines, messaging and performance
  • Help resolve tracking, payout or data-related issues in collaboration with internal tech and analytics teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, media, or partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact, Refersion, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with DTC (direct to consumer) apps or consumer tech products
  • Exposure to offer setup, consumer journeys or marketing analytics
  • Interest in growing into a more strategic role over time

At the end of your first year, you’ll have helped us

  • Launch, manage and optimize dozens of affiliate and offer campaigns across Klover and Merryfield, directly contributing to performance revenue
  • Streamline the asset collection and creative development process, ensuring partners have what they need to drive results
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, becoming a go-to resource for campaign execution and affiliate performance insights
  • Implement and improve workflows for offer tracking, reporting and analysis across multiple platforms
  • Identify and test new campaign strategies to increase conversions, engagement and partner satisfaction
