Account Coordinator
At IZEA, we connect the world’s biggest brands with influential creators to craft impactful marketing campaigns. As an Account Coordinator on our Account Management team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting client success, ensuring influencer campaigns run smoothly, and learning the ins and outs of influencer marketing.
This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in account management while gaining hands-on experience in client service, project coordination, and digital marketing. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help execute flawless campaigns and ensure client satisfaction every step of the way.
Responsibilities

Industry Learning: Develop a foundational understanding of influencer marketing, client service best practices, and campaign execution.

Project Coordination: Assist in managing timelines, tracking data, and maintaining accurate client records.

Client Support: Help ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and harmonizing workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand how each department contributes to campaign success.

Data & Reporting: Track key metrics, assist with reporting efforts, and contribute to strategic insights for client deliverables.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ years of experience in account management, marketing, client support, or an administrative role (internships included).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for influencer marketing, digital media, and client success.
