The Role

Allied Global Marketing is hiring an Account Coordinator in our Atlanta, GA office.

 

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, creative, and strategic thinker that will support marketing and publicity campaigns in the Atlanta office of a leading national agency. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, we’d like to hear from you!

 

Marketing & Promotional Responsibilities:

  • Assist on ideation and execution of general market campaigns for a portfolio of entertainment and lifestyle clients/industries
  • Research and develop relationships with media, promotional contacts, market influencers, community leaders, and grassroots organizations
  • Brainstorm on unique publicity angles for events and influencers and craft pitches 
  • Set up promotions with approved partners
  • Assist on planning and staff events including creative and logistical execution 
  •  Write recaps and reports on promotional and publicity efforts 

General Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage invoicing in an online billing system

 

Job Qualification/Requirements:

  • 1+ years of full time or relevant intern experience in marketing, publicity and/or promotions
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing preferred
  • Creative thinker and problem solver who excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Interest in the entertainment industry, influencers and social media trends
  • Weekend and evening availability to work events
  • Reliable means of transportation necessary

 

Details:

  • At present, all staff work a hybrid in-person/remote schedule reporting into our Atlanta office. Remote days are worked on company provided laptop. 
  • This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
