We’re hiring an Account Coordinator to join a high performing branded merchandise sales team in our Phoenix office! The Account Coordinator position helps oversee the lifecycle of client orders including product sourcing and quoting, creating client presentations, order entry and management, and assisting with client communications. The Account Coordinator position will report to the Managing Director.
Essential Functions
- Effectively collaborate with Managing Director and Senior Account Coordinators, internal team, and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure smooth order coordination and fulfillment
- Enter and review orders, verify details, facilitate order proofing, track statuses, and ensure orders are shipped and arrive as scheduled
- Provide and manage ongoing reports
- Provide effective administrative support as needed
- Coordinate projects with warehouse personnel to ensure the project will be completed on time and according to the specific requirements
- Assist with online store audits and product updates within various portal stores
- Effectively collaborate with immediate team members, supervisor, and other departments on a regular basis to answer general questions, resolve issues, and ensure accurate client billing
- Enter orders for multiple programs using NetSuite, Salesforce and/or other technology platforms
- Coordinate orders with Sales Support team and suppliers
- Works closely with team members and Account Manager for general inquiries and to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with customer service phone calls and emails for clients’ online programs
Job Specifications
- Promotional products industry or sales order coordinating experience preferred
- Strong customer service, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Quick learner, with strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with others both written and verbally
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (incl. Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be Windows PC proficient
- Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment and meet tight deadlines
Other Specifications
- This is an onsite position in our Tempe, AZ office with the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week after 3-6 months.
