Requirements
- 1-3 years of advertising agency experience
- Located in (or around) the Madison area – this position will primarily work from home, but must be able to attend local client meetings as needed
- Dedicated work ethic and commitment to high quality work
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-centric attitude
- Strong communication skills and diplomacy
- Good listening and distillation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Relentless attention to detail
- Resourceful self-starter able to anticipate project/team needs and take initiative
