About the Role

As a high-growth organization, Preface is actively looking for a motivated individual to join and lead the B2C Sales Team.

Your key responsibilities will be in the following areas:

  • We are looking for Curriculum Advisors to join Preface, a global Tech-Enabling Company that revolutionizes Tech Education for Corporates, Schools, and Individuals.
  • As a Curriculum Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents—helping them understand our education offerings and guiding them to the right learning journey across both kids and adult programs.
  • This role is people-facing and commercially focused, requiring you to deeply understand our educational offerings and learning outcomes in order to provide personalized recommendations.
  • You’ll play a vital role in driving student growth and achieving revenue targets through thoughtful communication, consultative selling, and effective process execution.

What you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing and developing student base
  • Be able to understand and explain the details of our various offerings and understand the learning outcomes in detail
  • Actively communicate and manage lead opportunities 
  • Help potential students choose and customize their learning journey with Preface
  • Plans and develops strategy to deliver quarterly revenues above targets
  • Executes sales and communication strategy according to Preface policy and SOP's
  • Design and manage sales and retention processes for students
  • Ensure all inbounds from parents are responded within 24 hours
  • Weekend and out of office hours support 
  • Designs and manages communications strategy to all adult students
  • Generates and manages sales opportunities
  • Works with Sales Operations team to track all business activities and deliver management reports

  • Possess strong interest in empowering people with learning and provide them with the most suitable education solution 
  • Results-oriented and self-driven

You may also have similar or equivalent experiences as below:

  • Genuinely passionate about education, technology and lifestyle learning
  • 2-5+ years experience in commercial, business development, and/or account management role
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication,  negotiation and influencing skills; flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to learn.
  • Humble team player prepared for a fast pace environment
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment is preferable
