ACCET Log Coordinator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced broadcast environment?

The Agile Creative Content Engagement Team (ACCET) is looking for motivated team players to join our growing centralized operations team as Log Coordinators. In this role, you’ll support daily log production across multiple markets while working closely with Senior Log Coordinators and leadership to help ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and working behind the scenes to help keep broadcast operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do

  • Support daily log production and execution across multiple stations and markets. 
  • Assist with maintaining accurate promotion inventory, copy, and scheduling information. 
  • Communicate with stations and internal teams regarding daily log needs and updates. 
  • Help ensure logs are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule. 
  • Support traffic, reporting, and operational workflows as assigned. 
  • Maintain organization of promotional assets and operational materials. 
  • Assist Senior Log Coordinators with day-to-day operational tasks and coverage needs. 
  • Learn and navigate broadcast traffic systems and workflow processes. 
  • Support additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.
