Primary responsibilities include:
• Providing on-site and remote technical support and solutions related to implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Directory Services (on Prem) and Azure AD (Cloud)
• Create New Azure AD Group for Managing External users
• Create New External User in Azure AD/ Use Invitation for Existing O365 External Users
• Add User/ Remove User From/To Existing Azure AD Group
• Remove External User from Azure AD
• Assign O365 License to External User
• Release O365 License for External User
• Generate Weekly/Monthly Azure AD (Office 365) related Reports
• Creating PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
