Job Description:
We’re hiring a Marketing Transformation Consultant to spearhead marquee projects for clients across APAC. You’ll reimagine marketing operating models, embed AI-driven workflows, and establish future-proof "run functions" that turn digital capabilities into sustained competitive advantage.
This role is mission-critical: You’ll help clients transition from fragmented campaigns to intelligent, autonomous marketing systems – leveraging AI for real-time decisioning, self-optimizing journeys, and frictionless customer experiences.
Example Projects:
- Redesigning end-to-end marketing operations with GenAI content engines and predictive journey orchestration.
- Building AI-powered "marketing control towers" for unified planning, execution, and analytics.
- Implementing agile operating models (e.g., hybrid human-AI pods) for hyper-personalization at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Design Future-Ready Marketing Operations
- Diagnose operational gaps and build AI-augmented workflows for campaigns, resources, and learning systems
- Create simple run-function blueprints to automate repetitive tasks (briefing, approvals, reporting)
- Develop campaign timelines and resource plans that align with business goals
- 2. Embed AI in Campaign Execution
- Turn strategies into self-optimizing campaigns using generative AI (briefs/content) and predictive analytics
- Manage campaign logistics end-to-end: from channel selection to performance tracking
- Build automated customer journeys triggered by real-time behavior (e.g., abandoned cart flows)
- 3. Drive Customer-Centric Growth
- Translate CX strategies into channel-agnostic campaigns that follow customer journeys
- Analyze campaign data daily to adjust tactics and boost conversion
- Break down data silos to enable personalized "segment-of-one" activation
- 4. Lead Transformation & Adoption
- Prepare stakeholder reports showing ROI and improvement opportunities
- Mentor teams in AI-powered ways of working (e.g., using co-pilots for planning)
- Build client-ready playbooks for scaling new capabilities
- Stakeholder management while collecting requirements, proposing ideas/ solutions, closing the gap to mitigate risk
- Manage a team to deliver great value to clients
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
- Degree holder with 5+ years solid working experience in digital consulting firms
- Exceptional client management, communication and presentation skills
- A growth mindset and an ability to manage and drive client conversations
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
Desirable:
- Experience with a variety of marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
