We are looking for a Academic Manager to join our team.

Role Summary

As an Academic Manager at Kaplan International College London, you will use your knowledge of teaching and learning to help us deliver a high-quality academic experience to our diverse, international student body, whilst managing and motivating a team of committed teachers to perform to the best of their ability. You will enjoy working with international students, be student focussed, be open to change and development, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be fully committed to ensuring all our students’ success.

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise and teaching experience in Business Analytics, Quantitative Business, Data Analytics, or closely related disciplines. Applicants with broader Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or technology-enhanced learning backgrounds will also be considered. Previous experience of leading teams, coordinating academic delivery, supporting staff performance, or contributing to quality assurance and curriculum development would be advantageous. An interest in digital innovation, emerging educational technologies, and the effective integration of Generative AI in teaching and learning would also be beneficial.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent and preferably a UK Master’s degree or higher
