The Role
We're hiring an ABM & Campaigns Specialist to take ownership of account-based and integrated campaigns that directly support our sales and revenue goals. You'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Product to identify the right accounts, shape the right messages, and run campaigns that actually move deals forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns Develop and run integrated campaigns aimed at priority client segments. Work with Sales and Product to define target accounts, shape messaging, and coordinate activity across digital and in-person channels including events.
  • Map accounts and mine data Take a data-driven approach to identifying and prioritising target accounts. Map buying groups, analyse engagement signals, and surface insights that sharpen targeting and improve message relevance.
  • Align closely with Sales and Account Management Partner with commercial teams to make sure campaigns are timed well, messages are coordinated, and follow-up is tight. This is a collaborative role, not a hand-off one.
  • Repurpose and adapt content for targeted audiences Work with existing content initiatives to adapt materials for specific accounts and segments. Know how to take a broad asset and make it feel relevant to a specific buyer.
  • Report clearly on what's working Present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders in a clear, actionable way. Use what you learn to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-6 years in B2B marketing, campaigns, or ABM roles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, HubSpot preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify accounts, track performance, and make decisions.
  • Strong written communication skills, you can craft a message that lands with a specific audience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing without losing momentum.
  • Organised and dependable, you manage competing priorities without needing to be chased
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, private capital, or B2B SaaS
  • Exposure to ABM frameworks, buying group mapping, or account planning methodologies
  • Familiarity with intent data tools or sales intelligence platforms

Skills Required
