Synechron is seeking a skilled Technology Leader specializing in Ab Initio Developer to manage and lead cross-functional technology teams. This role is pivotal in driving technology initiatives, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
Software Requirements- Required Software Proficiency:
- In-depth understanding of Ab Initio tools and technologies
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
- Knowledge of database management systems and data structures
- Preferred Software Skills:
- Experience with additional data processing and integration tools
- Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams focused on Ab Initio projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development.
- Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary.
- Programming Languages:
- Required: Proficiency in scripting and programming languages relevant to Ab Initio
- Databases/Data Management:
- Required: Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Cloud Technologies:
- Required: Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Development Tools and Methodologies:
- Required: Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Frameworks and Libraries:
- Required: Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development.
- Strong technical expertise in multiple areas of software development and technology.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional technology teams and provide technical guidance.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful project delivery.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certifications related to project management or technology leadership are preferred.
