Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to accelerating growth and revenue through cutting-edge ad technology solutions. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem to shape product strategies, develop roadmaps, and collaborate closely with marketing, data analytics, and engineering teams. Your focus will be on generating innovative growth strategies, testing them effectively, and implementing sustainable and scalable solutions. This role is perfect for a visionary product manager who is passionate about harnessing advanced technologies to drive innovation and growth in the advertising technology industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Product Innovation: Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for real-time bidding and demand-side platforms, incorporating advanced machine learning techniques.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with growth managers, data analysts, and growth engineers to implement growth hacking strategies directly into product experiences.
  • Experimentation and Agile Execution: Manage a prioritized growth experiment backlog, executing projects as agile initiatives with 2-week sprints, and utilizing efficient project tracking boards for tracking.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to inform product strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the product team's objectives to prevent misalignment and friction, communicating the product vision effectively.
  • Retrospectives and Optimization: Analyze experiment results, optimize successful tactics, and share learnings to continuously improve growth strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience within the ad tech industry, with a focus on real-time bidding, demand-side platforms, or machine learning applications.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning technologies and their application in programmatic advertising.
  • Analytical and Agile Mindset: Highly analytical with the ability to quickly pivot based on experiment results, embracing failure as a learning opportunity.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

      The total compensation for this role is between $85,000 - $200,000
      This salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation for this position in California. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
