Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Document Scanning Operator (Technical Documents) to join its innovative team.
It’s a short-term, on-site project, no additional experience required.
Payment is $16 per hour + bonus
What You’ll Do
- Simple document scanning, including technical documents such as build drawings.
- Additional indexing of these documents.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office, email).
- Ability to operate office scanning and printing equipment.
- Familiarity with PDF and common file formats (TIFF, JPEG).
- Attention to detail when naming, saving, and organizing digital files.
- (Optional) Experience with document management systems (e.g., DocuWare) or indexing software.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of office equipment (paper jams, calibration, etc.)
