Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Business Analyst – Headless CMS / Kontent.ai to join its innovative team.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key business-side contact for initiatives involving headless CMS, especially Kontent.ai
- Build, refine, and manage content models for web and app-based digital platforms
- Collaborate with product owners, content teams, UX, and technical stakeholders to ensure business goals are met through the CMS setup
- Define and document requirements and workflows aligned with API-first architecture principles
- Support CMS governance and standardization across large, distributed project teams
- Ensure scalable and flexible content solutions suitable for enterprise-scale deployments
- Proven experience working with headless CMS platforms (Kontent.ai strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of API-first content architecture and modular content modeling
- Track record of delivering CMS solutions in large corporate or enterprise settings
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to bridge gaps between business and technical teams
