Job Description
The Delivery Operations team needs a Senior Engineer to develop and support our client's delivery systems. The initial focus will be learning to support an AWS Kubernetes-based application. Once that knowledge transfer is complete, you will develop and support future versions. Support includes working with both internal and external customers.
The position requires strong AWS full-stack development skills and some customer support experience.
This position will train in alignment with the Eastern time zone as much as possible.

Role objective
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AWS Kubernetes Full-Stack Developer & Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves learning, supporting, and evolving an AWS Kubernetes-based application. Initially, your focus will be on the knowledge transfer process to ensure you understand the application’s current architecture and operational framework. Once onboarded, you will play an essential role in developing and supporting future versions of the application, working closely with both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have strong AWS Full Stack development experience along with customer support experience.
We're looking for someone who can review an AWS-based application and understand it relatively quickly.

Qualifications
Extensive experience with microservices architecture using Kubernetes, and Docker
Experience in Angular and backend such as ExpressJS, NodeJS core modules.
Strong experience/understanding of Kafka.
Strong programming & scripting experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, Restful API services, Webhooks,
Experience in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis etc...
Good experience in cloud services such as AWS.
