As a Senior AI Software Development Engineer in Test, you will lead and mentor internationally distributed, cross-functional Quality Engineering teams across QA, software development, and project management. You will partner with project managers and key stakeholders to coordinate multiple testing initiatives while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide distributed Quality Engineering teams.
• Coordinate multiple testing projects with project managers and stakeholders.
• Design, document, execute, and automate comprehensive test strategies.
• Ensure the stability, quality, and performance of web-based products and SaaS platforms.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD testing pipelines.
• Leverage AI agents and LLM-based tools to accelerate software testing workflows, including:
  • Test case generation
  • Defect triage
  • Regression analysis
• Build intelligent AI-powered test harnesses capable of interacting with APIs, user interfaces, and backend systems.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered testing platforms and frameworks to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Design and enhance agentic testing pipelines where AI agents perform exploratory testing, detect regressions, and automatically report findings within CI/CD workflows.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development, Software Quality Engineering, or Agile Quality organizations.
• Experience mentoring engineers within Agile development teams.
• Experience contributing to Agile quality processes and best practices.
• Experience testing SaaS platforms, modern JavaScript applications, or other web-based products.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Web browsers
  • Web servers
  • APIs
  • Application security
  • Performance testing
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.

AI & Automation Experience

• Hands-on experience using AI agents (LLMs, autonomous testing agents, etc.) to improve software testing workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI tool-use patterns.
• Ability to create AI-powered testing solutions that interact with APIs, UI, and backend systems.
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-powered testing platforms (e.g., Applitools or custom LLM-based testing agents).
• Experience designing AI-enabled testing pipelines integrated into CI/CD environments.

Interview Process:

• Assessment must be completed prior (resume and assessment results attached when submitting).
• First interview (~45 minutes).
• Second panel interview (~1 hour).
• Working hours: 9-6 pm PST
