What you'll do
Support the delivery of hypersonic vehicles through electrical Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) activities.
Develop electrical assembly, wiring, and integration procedures from engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD data.
Translate avionics and electrical system designs into clear build instructions for harnessing, equipment installation, and system interfaces.
Define electrical integration sequences across subsystem and full vehicle builds.
Identify required tools, test equipment, consumables, and inspection steps for electrical integration and verification.
Develop and maintain electrical build documentation, ensuring traceability and configuration control.
Support installation and integration of avionics, sensors, and electrical subsystems.
Set up and support data acquisition and basic test systems for subsystem and vehicle‑level testing.
Collaborate across Mechanical, Systems, and Avionics teams to resolve integration challenges.
Support electrical integration testing and fault‑finding activities.
