- Prepare sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting up work areas.

- Maintain landscapes through mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-ups.

Physical and Environmental Requirements- Physical stamina and strength: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), dig, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Outdoor work readiness: Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
- Manual dexterity: Proficiency in using shovels, rakes, pruners, wheelbarrows, mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Horticultural knowledge: Understanding of plant care, soil types, irrigation systems, and pest management
- Attention to detail: Ensuring landscapes are maintained according to design plans and identifying potential issues like disease or pests .
- Time management and teamwork: Ability to complete tasks efficiently and collaborate with supervisors and team members
