Field AI is transforming how robots interact with the real world. We are building risk-aware, reliable, and field-ready AI systems that address the most complex challenges in robotics, unlocking the full potential of embodied intelligence. We go beyond typical data-driven approaches or pure transformer-based architectures, and are charting a new course, with already-globally-deployed solutions delivering real-world results and rapidly improving models through real-field applications.

At Field AI, we’re on a mission to reshape how the world interacts with real-time intelligence—and none of it happens without exceptional people. As our Talent & Performance Partner, you’ll have the chance to help us build from the ground up: crafting the programs, systems, and culture that empower our team to grow, perform, and stay inspired. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves turning bold ideas into scalable talent strategies, is inspired by developing early talent pathways, and wants to make a lasting mark on a company.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Talent Management
  • Support the creation and administration of our performance review process—designing goal-setting cycles, managing feedback loops, and keeping performance aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead OKR planning and tracking across teams, ensuring everyone knows how their work connects to our mission.
  • Partner closely with managers to support career pathing, role development, and internal mobility strategies.

  • Talent Development
  • Coordinate and launch learning programs that empower employees to continuously level up—whether they’re just starting out or growing into leadership.
  • Create, curate, and share training resources that are engaging, actionable, and built for scale.
  • Coordinate coaching, mentorship, and team learning experiences that support our culture of curiosity and growth.

  • Intern Program - Early Talent
  • Support the planning, coordination, and administration of our intern program—from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope impactful intern projects, facilitate conversion opportunities, and ensure a high-quality intern experience.
  • Manage logistics including orientation, mentorship pairings, programming, and feedback cycles.
  • Track intern performance and experience data to evolve the program and support long-term early talent strategies.

  • Performance Optimization
  • Assist teams by collaborating with leads on team planning, growth, and team effectiveness.
  • Use performance data to recommend improvements and build programs that support high-performing teams.
  • Maintain and optimize the systems that support performance feedback, OKR tracking, and team coaching.

What You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or roles with end-to-end ownership of performance and development programs. This is not a recruiter or talent acquisition focused role.
  • Expertise with OKRs, performance data analysis, feedback frameworks, and scaling learning programs.
  • Proven success leading performance management and growth frameworks in fast-paced, high-growth, start-up environments.
  • Ability to manage projects and optimize processes to successful completion.
  • Experience supporting or owning intern or early talent programs, ideally including logistics, engagement, and program evaluation.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and program management skills—you know how to get things done and bring others along.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency in tools like Lattice, 15Five, WorkRamp, or similar systems; familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Gusto, Rippling, or comparable.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset and excitement for building and maintaining programs in a startup environment.
  • Passion for people, growth, and building high-trust, high-performance cultures.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience building internal academies, leadership training, or career pathing frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong facilitation skills—whether it’s running a manager workshop or leading an offsite session.
  • Passion for robotics and familiarity with the tech or AI startup world—and a genuine passion for helping innovative teams thrive.

Compensation and Benefits
Our salary range is between ($70,000 - $300,000 annual), but we take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  Also, while we enjoy being together on-site, we are open to exploring a hybrid or remote option.
