Knowledge Curator (Analyst)
As a Knowledge Analyst, you are a part of the Knowledge Management team, where your main focus is to make sure everybody within the company collaborates through creating, updating and sharing knowledge.
You will work on knowledge management initiatives as part of the KM strategy and organize knowledge sharing sessions and trainings. You are a knowledge enthusiast who makes sure that knowledge sharing culture is on top of mind of our employees. You will directly report to our Knowledge Manager.
What are we trying to achieve with this role in KM?
The goal is to enhance knowledge management within the organization. The knowledge analyst is responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing information to improve decision-making processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation. By leveraging their expertise in data analysis and information retrieval, the knowledge analyst helps to identify trends, best practices, and areas for improvement within the firm. Ultimately, the role of a knowledge analyst is to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning among employees, leading to improved performance and competitive advantage for the organization.
Scope of work:
- Create and maintain knowledge bases and documentation of best practices
- Responsible for creating, uploading and tagging knowledge assets and making sure these are stored at the right location
- Responsible for applying any metadata changes to the existing knowledge
- Responsible for managing overall health and hygiene of the content
- Gather, analyse, and organize data and information related to technology, systems, and processes within the organization
- Organize and maintain knowledge repositories and ensure that these remain up-to-date
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and latest information is available to all employees
- Understanding and Implementation of our Core Knowledge Flow
- Managing Viva Topics, knowledge dashboards and reporting
- Support our Knowledge Manager in implementing knowledge management objectives, conducting research, and collaborating with various teams, entities and business units to improve knowledge sharing practices.
- Training employees on knowledge management tools and systems and providing support to the knowledge management team
What we ask of you?
- 2-4 years of experience in knowledge management domain
- You bring an enthusiastic and energetic mindset that can enact change in the organization.
- You are focused on content and are able to translate content from experts into assets
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is required
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Understanding of professional services organizations and how Knowledge Management can add value to customer relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a passion for Knowledge
- Experience with knowledge management tools and systems preferred such as SharePoint, Power BI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Familiar working with Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage
- Knowledge on working with Gen AI is a plus. Able to incorporate GenAI in our day to day KM workflow
