Provide one-on-one home health nursing for a 3-year-old pediatric patient requiring G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. Work Monday through Friday on 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM shifts. Responsibilities require direct patient care, monitoring, specialized nursing skills, and supporting the child’s ongoing health needs. Pediatric experience is welcomed but not required; training is available.

Differentials skills required: Posses a valid LPN or RN license on the state IL. Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN/LPN- Valid CPR card.
