Provide one-to-one home health nursing for a 21-year-old patient requiring G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. Work every Saturday and Sunday from 2 PM to 11 PM, deliver direct patient care, monitor medical equipment and clinical needs, and support the patient’s daily well-being. Pediatric experience is not required because training is available.

Differentials skills required: Posses a valid LPN or RN license on the state IL. Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN/LPN- Valid CPR card.
