Deliver long-term skilled care (G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator support), document care, coordinate with agency staff, and participate in training as needed. Differentials skills required: Posses a valid LPN or RN license on the state IL. Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN/LPN- Valid CPR card.
