Responsibilities
- Create 30-second 3D video ads based on marketing briefs and current trends.
- Animate existing 3D game assets specifically for marketing use.
- Iterate on existing videos and concepts (e.g., swapping assets, camera angles, or intros).
- Handle the full pipeline independently, from scene setup and animation to rendering and final editing.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Blender or similar 3D software.
- Proficiency in After Effects or similar video editing/compositing software.
- Strong character animation skills based on solid animation principles.
- Proven experience creating mobile game ads (UA creatives).
- Understanding of mobile marketing (hooks, pacing, and CTAs).
Desirable Skills
- Strong sense of “game feel” to create videos with convincing gameplay.
- Ability to create low-poly 3D assets that match an established game style.
- Experience using AI tools to create polished video hooks.
- Proficiency in 2D video production (for our other game Idle Miner Tycoon).
- Experience with physics or simulations within a 3D engine is a bonus.
