You will have impact and fun at work by:
- Model and texture 3D assets, including characters, props, and environments, in line with the project’s style
- Create layouts, pose characters, light scenes and renders for marketing assets
- Work closely with the Lead Artist to ensure all assets are consistent with the brand and artistic vision
- Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate assets smoothly and efficiently into the game engine
- Optimize assets to meet mobile performance constraints without compromising quality
- Contribute to the development and refinement of 3D art workflows and pipelines
- Provide general art support across the team, stepping in where needed
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D artist, ideally in the games industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in modeling, texturing, and materials with a preference for stylized work
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g. Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop)
- Experience working in a game engine (Unity, Unreal, or similar)
- Understanding of the 3D art pipeline, from concept through to in-engine implementation
- Ability to work within an established brand/IP and adapt to its style
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- A passion for video game development
- Has shipped one or more mobile games
- Experience working across multiple artistic disciplines such as concept art, animation, VFX, graphic design or motion graphics
