Position: Senior SAP GRC Access Control Consultant
Location: Hybrid – Monterrey, Mexico
Duration: ~14 weeks

We are seeking a Senior SAP GRC Access Control Consultant with proven expertise in implementing SAP GRC solutions. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered at least two full-cycle implementations and brings strong hands-on experience across all four key modules.

• Lead configuration and implementation of SAP GRC Access Control.

• Customize and manage workflows in Access Request Management (ARM), including MSMP and BRF+.

• Execute and maintain Access Risk Analysis (ARA), including rule set adjustments and risk identification.

• Manage Business Role Management (BRM), including role methodology and master data maintenance.

• Implement and configure Emergency Access Management (EAM) with Firefighter, including access definition for S/4HANA Cloud Private.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP Security / GRC.

• Hands-on expertise in ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM.

• At least two full-cycle implementations of SAP GRC Access Control.

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Cloud Private environment.

• Bilingual: Spanish & English (written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel on demand.

• Contract role with a project duration of approximately 14 weeks.
