What will I be doing?
- Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
- Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
- Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers
- Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees travelling across Europe to meet their clients!
What do I need?
- You live in or around Amsterdam
- You speak German or Dutch and can communicate well in English
- You have experience in sales and communication
- Above-average motivation, ambition, proactivity and determination
- Ideally, you have already worked in B2B sales or in similar positions
- You are open to new challenges and want to utilise your sales experience in a dynamic and exciting industry
