This dynamic role focuses on amplifying the reach of 2GB’s Afternoons, Sydney Now, and Wide World of Sports programs by converting live radio moments into high-impact digital experiences. You will drive audience growth and app engagement through the strategic creation of compelling video, graphics, and written content for a diverse range of social platforms.

Day to day you will:

• Produce and distribute engaging digital content to amplify live radio segments.
• Create high-impact video, graphics, and written posts for social media channels.
• Edit audio clips and podcasts to drive streaming and mobile app downloads.
• Manage website and app assets to ensure all platforms are accurate and current.
• Use data-driven insights from analytics to inform daily editorial decisions.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, engaging, and legally compliant.
• Collaborate with on-air talent and producers to capture trending live moments.

What you'll bring:

• Prior experience in professional content creation across major social platforms.
• Proficiency in image and video editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative and innovative approach to storytelling and audience engagement.
• Prior experience in a news or media environment is highly regarded.
