We're hiring an animation intern to bring our game characters and UI to life. If you can make a character feel alive in two seconds of motion, turn a static screen into something that breathes, and make a wrong answer feel okay 😌 — we want to hear from you.

✨ Create UI and feedback animations — screen transitions, correct/incorrect states, progress moments, micro-interactions
🎮 Upgrade existing rough animations into polished, production-ready motion
🌟 Design animation that serves learning — making correct answers feel rewarding and wrong answers feel safe to try again
🎨 Help develop animation style references and motion guidelines for new game projects

👶 Sensitivity to animating for children: motion that's playful, encouraging, and never punishing
🎮 Game feel awareness — your animations serve gameplay, not interrupt it
🏇 Ability to work with minimal guidance — you take a brief and run with it!
🤖 Experience with AI animation tools or AI-assisted motion workflows
🖌️ Illustration or character design ability
📚 Prior experience animating for EdTech, children's products, or 2D games
🔧 Understanding of animation implementation in game engines (Unity or any web-based framework)
