Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and interprets terms and conditions of oil and gas rentals relating to company’s assets.
- Documents, monitors, and maintains necessary rental information and associated date sensitive obligations.
- Identifies and reports actual rental holdings of company.
- Reviews, monitors, and prepares Rental Recommendations for payment, taking appropriate action to maintain asset base.
- Manages wire transfers and check runs with accuracy and strict adherence to payment terms.
- Communicates with state and federal agencies regarding company assets.
- Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
- Supports company vision and mission.
- Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
Other Job Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years minimum lease/rental analysis experience, preferably with producing properties, with working knowledge of new and changing technology, statutes, rules, regulations, and legislative issues affecting the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision. Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Required: Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and oil and gas related land software. Preferred: Quorum and SAP
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college, or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability, and skill to handle the duties and responsibilities of the position.

- None.

- Working knowledge of technology and regulations in the oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
