Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Asset Team Operations and Engineering to successfully manage daily issues that arise
- Work with third party midstream providers to ensure contract obligations and standards are being met
- Track third party maintenance notices
- Monitor and communicate gathering and processing project timing and risks
- Wellhead interconnect contracting
- Manage existing gathering and processing contracts including new connection requests, new well tie-ins, side letter agreements and P&A notifications
- Assist with renewals and new contract negotiation
- Analyze, review and interpret contracts
- Collaborate with team members to find opportunities to improve efficiencies on internal processes.
- Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
- Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
- Supports company vision and mission.

Qualifications:
- Five (5) years minimum oil and gas upstream or midstream related experience.
- Ability to accurately solve problems and interpret contracts
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
- Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
- Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Education Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in business or engineering or 10 years of related industry experience.
Skills Required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
